You can KIND-OF blend, it's just a pain in the neck. It's under the brush tool, and you can use Mixer Brush if you haven't tried that yet. :3 I usually use that or I alternate between the eye dropper and the brush tool repeatedly with hot keys. x_x Some people use the smudge tool but I never could get the hang of it.

I used to have to use MACs for college too and it was a NIGHTMARE. I nagged the professor to let me either work from home or bring my laptop instead...he eventually caved. XD

I absolutely love how you handled the hair though. So pretty!
