Well I got idea, of him being part of special program to create powerful soldiers. He one of many volunteers getting augmented through combination science and magic. ^^Eventaully both him and his brethren would be betrayed but him and others went into hiding and eventually brought down the organization down and made went public about themselves and what happen. Still working out details but sonicsweeti pic gave me a whole bunch of ideas
