I tossed on some nose horns for fun, those wont actually be part of the mask so one can pick what size and style of horns you want. The shield / frill / crest (whatever you want to call it) will be a separate piece cast in expanding foam (I hope).
The cheek thing will be carved out like the horn slots on the head so spikes can be glued in. I also slapped on a makeshift ear back there for now.
