Keelan and Zevran finally leaving Antiva, Zev deciding where to go while Keelan ties her mothers ribbon into his hair. Basically a sign of her affection for the nerd, seeing as that ribbon is one of her most sacred of things (her ma was killed when she was a kid, if you didn't know). So it's a big move for her character development.
