Another Timothy story for this week’s prompt. Oh calm down everybody, enough of you have made it clear it was time for something good to happen to him so here you are. Ok, so, its not perfectly clear how this is a good thing but you’ll see soon.

I admit that with all the tragedies and Timothy's ability to see spirits, these had kind of lost my interest for a while, but I came back with this one. I'll be interested to see where this goes from here on out.
Incidentally, if you want to combine them into one file that'd be fine, but if you delete the old files, PM me with a list of the URLs or prompts or something so it'll be easier to take the old links out of the archives and replace them with the new one.

I should probably fess up a little. After the first couple of prompts using Timothy I had the vague idea of getting to about this point in his life. I had the story arc planed out very loosely but always with the intention of doing pretty much whats happened so far. Although I hadn’t planned on being that harsh to him. What’s to follow is going to be less dispiriting but I hope still interesting and also more dependent on the prompts as to what his future will be.
As for the single file thing I’m thinking of one file to link to instead of nearly a dozen now. Just to make it easier to catch up. Kind of like what you do with the archive, which is a brilliant idea I’m eager to steal.

In every story of an institution that’s supposed to take care of and protect children you occasionally hear stories where a child suffered because they’re plight seemed to slip by unnoted, fell between the cracks or are actively ignored. Not everyone involved tried to let it happen but there’s still a side to human nature that dictates the group mentality as a whole will naturally tend to look at the odd or unusual and shun it. It’s a sad indication we still have far to go. And yes I used that shamelessly against Timothy, but only for a little.

Like everyone else, I'm happy to see little Timothy find a friend. And it doesn't hurt that the one he found is a strapping big fellow, either.
I am curious about your choice of a title. Does it refer to what the ram was doing in the kitchen or to him and Timothy meeting? If the latter, I'm fascinated by your choosing to use the term 'leftovers' to describe these two.
Nice work!
