Just as the title says, I need some constructive criticism! Anything helps!
This will be a slip on head, so no zipper in the back. I'm mostly interested in receiving criticism about the taping, especially around the neck.
(the bottom edge of the tape will be cleaned up later)

Is there ways to tape a neck? I always thought this was the only way to make a neck;

Every thing else looks ok to me though.

There's many many ways to make the neck of a fursuit head. I've seen that tutorial before, but every head is different, so that template pattern probably won't work for a lot of heads. It's usually easiest to tape up a pattern of the neck along with the head, especially of your sona has specific markings like mine.
Did you tape the exact shape of your neck?
For slip on heads, you have to make the neck fairly loose (but not baggy). For zip up heads, the necks don't have to be quite as loose, but you should still be able to move your head around comfortably without any restriction to movement when it's zipped up

The ears seem wide to me. I don't know if it's too late to do anything about though.
Mine's certainly too late to fix--as it turns out, we all got it wrong: http://vignette1.wikia.nocookie.net.....Sergalhead.jpg
As you can see, the true shape of a Sergal's ear is very unusual. Of course Mick39 only recently made that drawing, so what can ya do. I'll fix it on a V2 head, or if I somehow manage to damage my current ears.

I fear that I might be too late...
What??? The opening of the ears faces downward??? Damn
When I make a V2 head (which will hopefully be at least 2 years away) There's going to be a lot of stuff I plan on redesigning, the ears will be one of those things
Yeah, it's a little too late to really do anything about it now. Hopefully your current ears don't get damaged though!
