torgmous! Drawing this guy, it just felt oh so right! His character also came to mind easily, always a treat
Colin is a musician, (he's actually named between two different vocalists from bands I love) and most would say he's pretty skilled at what he does! Skilled, but not a professional. Besides his music hobby, he's an avid reader and quite skilled with language, but is surprisingly not much of a songwriter! He's content to play what others have written, however he's self conscious about his singing, though it's really not bad at all. His day job is currently undecided, but I'm feeling like it involves books in some way!
He's softspoken, but not exactly reserved or easily pushed around, he just has a soothing and low-key voice! He's easygoing and jocular, though tends to clam up whenever discussion turns controversial or unpleasant, he can be very stubborn about his opinions as well. He's single, but not really looking! He hopes to travel the world and would rather not settle in to anything too serious until he crosses everything off of that bucket list... But maybe someday, who knows!

HA! I didn't ever picture him like that, that's quite funny! He and I are opposites on that spectrum I guess: I mock myself as being hipster when truthfully I'm probably not even close and try to stifle my tendencies of "I liked them before they were cool" or "this was better before it was popular." How does you cousin show his hipster side?
He pretends as if his tastes are pretty exclusive, when they're very much mainstream. But instead of Apple his 'brand' of choice is Zelda.
Claims he's a bigger fan (and has been one longer) than me, even though I doubt that, since he doesn't really follow Nintendo that closely. (And I played more Zelda games than he did.)
...Not that the 'size' of how much someone is a fan can't be measured like this... But you probably know what I mean.
There's also the glasses and the scarves... And he now has these weird winter gloves that... I can't even describe these gloves. They're so very much "Look at how little I care about what you think about my fashion, but I actually care a lot."

Ha... Reminds me of a guy I know! He always seems to get super "involved" with some kind of game or series, then invariably moves on. It's not uncommon for anyone to do, but he has a way of doing it so that it seems fruitless! He also claims to be a big Zelda fan, but he hasn't even played half the Zelda games that Zel has... And Zel doesn't even consider himself a Zelda fan! (I've said "Zel" so much in this sentence.... what a tongue twister....)
Definitely true that fan-ness can't be accurately quantified, but I think people who try to say theirs is bigger in such cases are quite silly indeed!
Pff... I think I've had a few pairs like that! I used to wear my coat all the time indoors, wnd scarves and gloves (always fingerless) year-round... I sorta miss those days, I hardly ever dress for anything but work or a shopping trip! I don't miss the socializing, but I do miss getting to pick an outfit... Very odd.

I see. I always let my sisters and my mom worry about my fashion. I was fine with anything that didn't look too ridiculous so I usually just picked whatever was nice, and then my sisters/mom would adjust my style to their tastes.

Haha, really? I do that to Nux a bit sometimes... Not gonna lie! Though, not too much. I just encourage him to change out of his work clothes anymore!
