I think a bit! It's hard to say how much because her character as she's older doesn't particularly care about appearances (even her own) to her, it's more of a sidenote. In fact, I imagine she outright forgets! Probably as a kid, she thought all snivy were blue for awhile, heh heh... But growing up as a politically powerful figure's daughter, she probably doesn't end up being made to suffer much meanness for her coloring... Unless someone wants to deal with an irate and violent aristocrat! Though not even he can protect her forever, I suppose!
