While cursed as a beast, the evil sorcerer cursed Prince Koro with loneliness, for anyone who ever dares become "close" to him will be cused as a beast as well. However, Beauty has fallen in love with him very deeply, and is willing to sacrifice her human form to be with Prince Koro forever. So then, upon true love's kiss, Beauty turns herself into a beast like Prince Koro, preventing the curse from spreading to others ever again. Together, they lived happily ever after.
