my opinion: Doesn't that M82 barrel seem a bit "ugh", i mean just holding it on your back is going to be a pain in the butt, especially going in and out of buildings. It already has a range of 2,000 yards, if anything you would want to decrease the weight of it if you're going to be lugging it around.
While im no gun nut or anything, its just one of those things that needs to be said.. sorry but still lovely

It breaks down into two pieces, the barrel from the receiver, but real snipers don't use it much because it's still a pain in the ass to carry. It's one of those guns that looks cool in video games so everyone thinks it's a good weapon, but in real life it's kind of a stinker.

There is a more "compact" version, with obvious differences in performance. And yes, that was supposed to be a double entendre.

The M82 is around 30 pounds. Not sure a thin guy like that would naturally carry one of these things so upright. It'd chance his posture to hold something so heavy.
