Vesper the frilled lizard!

Vesper- A disgusting, grumpy turd who's a guy that no one likes because he's a disgusting, grumpy turd.

Not much is known about this guy- but it's not as if many people get too close to hm. Hygiene isn't his strongest point and he always winds up in a situation where he has to play plumber for a manure farm or something. But his true profession is a 'mechanic' of sorts. He can get anything working, including his prophetic arm, so long as you don't need it looking pretty.

Oh- and the less asked about his arm- the better.

His voice has a dead-pan gravelling cockney accent. which is hilarious to talk in.
