TBH, I've never read Bastard!!; it's not on sale here in my country, so what I know of it is from reading about it.
But I do know that within the manga's canon "Porno Dianno" was originally the Archangel Gabriel, corrupted by Satan to be the Commander of the Armies of Hell before Dark Schneider did his absurd thing. So, there's a hook that might lead into it; Porno Dianno/Gabriel somehow travels to the Sailor Moon-verse; she gets there while one of the big End-Of-Season battles is taking place and the Senshi are on the back foot, and intervenes.
