Iskosian is a male caracal mage with magical runes adorning his fur. I took some artistic liberty with their designs and placement. He is holding a staff behind his head.
I used the colors in the background to represent his natural talent with Earth spells.

Oh my goodness. This pic stood out so much in my watchlist due to the use of such smooth vibrant colour!:)
Everything blends in so well and the markings even appear to glow as Luxari said!
