I've needed to make myself a new reference sheet for the longest time, so here's good ol' Zano in his present form! Of course, he's likely to evolve some new traits over time, but this is where he's ended up after over SIX years of development!

The psionics thing and your relationship with Zoop made me think: I guess Zerglings would be a Bug/Psychic type? Makes sense given appearance and the fact that all alien Pokémon tend to be Psychic or Fairy type. Ha, I just realized that Bug/Psychic is a type combination that doesn't even exist yet.
Looks physical to me, like something with X-Scissor, Psycho Cut, and Pursuit. 70/110/90/80/90/90 stats seems reasonable. Stat buffing moves in Agility and Swords Dance seem obvious. Abilities like Sturdy, Weak Armor and Defiant match I guess.
