One of the characters/ maverick bosses I designed for my megaman X story (yeah I have alot of stories I wanna do ^^:)
Bio: Frost Fennec is one of the newest recruits within the maverick hunters and is part of X's 17th hunter unit. Often the butt of many a joke, due to his small stature and meek personality, frost suffers from low self esteem.
His ability, the frost shot is surprisingly powerful able to completely freeze and shatter even the strongest materials.
Weakness: his ability to pull moisture from the air allows him to use his frost shot almost indefinitely, however if he were to pull to much moisture or is completely submerged in a liquid his internal ice generator would overload and freeze his inner workings.

well for frost fennec I didn't want his weakness to be so obvious, yes a fire based attack would probably cancel out his frost shot but it would only cause moderate damage to him. the power for his frost shot comes from his ability to absorb moisture and or small amouts of water to which then freezes within his internal generator and converted into his frost shot. In a way he is both weak and dependent on water, to little, and he can use his freezing ability, to much and his generator would overload and cause his inner workings to freeze up and shatter. Being highly aware of this he has a deathly fear of large bodies of water such as rivers, lakes, oceans, etc.
