FC '15 #123: Say hi to Neevi!
Somehow, when I brought up one of my SoCal friends, 
Ryotoya in our chat, he seems to know him despite that he's a 
minnesotafurs! Though I have heard from Ryo himself that he will never suit, Neevi would be the closest look-alike to him. Ah yeah, the hair, I would not expect that on my SoCal friend.
To stay on the hair, I would guess he is a fan of Marilyn Manson or another rock band. What would be a complete reversal of personality, this B/W panda is more charming and loves hugs! I don't remember hugging him, but I'd wish to do so if he ever visits FC or I attend another con with him there!
