okay, mild confession time (though this may be kind of obvious X3;)

i'm not very experienced in drawing or coloring them, so i thought i would try..
I'm not sure if i've posted Maerlyn here or not before, i've only got a few sketches of her saved so i thought i would do an inked and cell colored picture
few experiments here
-changed the line color from black to a redish/brown. i THINK i like it more then the black, still not sold i guess XD;
-the frills, i tend to avoid complex clothing, so i thought why not try XD
-so much pink xnx but i think its cute
-Hair ringlets. i love and hate them. i think it came out okay :D
-Cell shade. still.. not 100% on it but trying to give it a try
this took... a few hours. most of the morning x3
pretty happy with it, despite some obvious room for improvement. but hurray i finished :D

she's not a huge fan of pastel colors, prefers dark and neon :P but fuck it i wanted her in pastels! haha
