Oh this story doesn't have anything to do with that commission, it was one in progress that I got writers block on a while ago and finally finished. I'll try and get to yours when I can. I got a lot in progress >_<

The change seems happens too fast. And catch-up is too unbeliverable for an adult woman. For me, Id first try to hire her as an volunteer for the lion exibition, then after some days (and some minor changes) allow to sleep with lions then she becomes half-loiness and tries to run away but dislikes humans (they think she is an costumen personnel) and changes completely.

The original exchange program is'nt temporary always. It could be made permanent if kids parents decide. Yes, the condition "after you grew up you could not be changed anymore" is ok.

Ill admit the change did go a little fast for my liking too. More time was spent on build up
