Well boys and girls here's a new human character I've home up with. A bit inspired by FullMetal Alchemist or at least the arm is. Tokushu here is one of a new subspecies of human in his time. And I say his due to lack of a nice gender neutral pronoun. Tokushu is a mono gender that's started to crop up in the human gene pool. They're not male or female. Although genetically are compatible with normal humans. When this pairing happens, and believe me it's rare, the offspring have a fifty fifty chance of being mono gender.

Now in this time frame because they're so new Neutrals as they're called aren't exactly understood by the general populace and because there's so few of them they have problems building relationships with normal people. In Tokushu's case this has lead to heart ache as well as physical pain which resulted in the scar on his cheek. Dumb luck was what got him the fake arm. Semi Truck Driver+beer-Safe Drive System=bad thing waiting to happen.
