That has to suck, but at least you were able to make money from them. i have not put in a single work second in 6 months!!

at least you got something. i never receive a letter nor a telephone call.

Hmm I hate to say it but how about retail - Target isn't that bad a place to work, and they have really good beneifts - or even Costco. Or how about a place like Blockbuster video? Not the greatest but it's $$$$.

Both of the ones you mentioned said no. Target was all ecited to interview me and i was excited to wear my nice clothes. then i call back and "We already filled the position" Costco and Sams club both just blew me off. and i dunno if they would hire me at blockbuster....i owe about 200 bucks in fees XD

At least you got a reply. I don't even get a phonecall or an email. A letter is actually very professional of them.

im just a "say it in person and i WILL not be upset" guy. to me no matter how professional it may be, it dosint feel as respectful and sincere. seeing as hundreds of people a week get the same card, Im not saying they should call everyone, its just sad how we arent valued individuals. just a name and address on a mailing list. plus i live like 2 seconds from the call center XD they could have shouted out their door.

matter of fact i would feel alot better if it was personalized too. a "Dear Tim Cossette" that would be promising, even if it was a rejection. i guess im just an old fasioned heart in a Techno-world.
