How did you do the texture detail and those swirling wind effects? :3

And did you add a glow to the layer for those rays of light at the top?

I used luminosity layer (white yellowish color) to get the wind to look the way that it does I did was draw the line then I would blur it to the edges erase parts that I want to leave transparent and then I make another later or I can stay on the same layer change the pen size to about 4 and draw Thinner lines in between the blurred out parts of the wind that I drew
The light rays I went about that a little different I started off with an orangish yellow color and then I went to like a really light yellow yellow gray color to try to get the highlights in between its when using an airbrush I hope that helped
