Sumo Turtles: Choose Your Own Adventure - Part 33b
Previously...
With no time left to think further on his choice, Donatello grabbed the orange wire and hastily re-routed the Technodrome laser's power. "Well, here goes nothing..." He pressed the activation button, and watched the smothered view screen intently.
Outside, a powerful beam of energy lanced out from the Technodrome, sinking into the bulging turtle flesh that surrounded it. Not that it could miss, of course, considering Michelangelo's size. Energy crackled along his immense body, making him shudder. He could feel the power well up inside of him... and roll out of him as a titanic belch!
"HHWARRRRRRRPBP!"
Mikey groaned through the eructation as he felt his body expand even faster than before, swelling to fill every last free space in the cavern. As his face pressed up against the ceiling, smothered by cheeks and chins, he could feel the bulge of the Technodrome flatten out against the sheer size of his girth. Where were his brothers and friends? Were they still alright? The cavern felt smaller and smaller to him, and the pressure was becoming overwhelming, even as soft and blubbery as he was. He was going to be crushed, himself, at this rate! Something had to give...
Meanwhile, up above, April O'Neil stepped out of the news van, looking up and down the street. "Well, this is apparently the epicenter of all those quakes we've been having today, but I don't see anything out of the ordinary. No monsters, or earthquake machine, or weird dimensional portals..."
"Isn't that a good thing?" asked her camera man. "I mean, sure it's not exciting news, but --"
"That's the whole point!" sighed April. "No one wants to watch boring news...!"
Just as she spoke, the ground started to quake again, and she almost squealed in delight. "Oh, this is perfect timing! Quick! On me, and three, two..."
April didn't get to finish her countdown. While the previous tremors had rolled through the city and stopped within seconds, this one continued to grow worse and worse. The rumble almost sounded like... a really deep burp? Buildings shook and swayed, and the red-haired reporter found it hard to keep her footing. Suddenly the street pavement in the intersection behind her heaved upward, and a massive green blob of... something... erupted out of it, rapidly pulling up pavement and knocking over buildings as it expanded from below. "Wh-What the heck is that??" she cried, but her camera man was already running to the van as the green wall of flesh rolled toward them. Before April could run back to the van herself, she was thrown upward as the the entire city block broke apart...
An hour later, Mikey groaned again, feeling another huge belch roll out of him, feeling his ever-expanding body knock over another skyscraper or two. Even though he was free of the confining cavern now, his view was limited by his bloated face to looking straight up at the darkening sky. He was dimly aware that he was slowly smothering New York, and it didn't feel like he was slowing down, either. Like dough with too much yeast, he rose higher and spread further, gaining tons of blubber with every passing second. He still couldn't move, but every time his enormous body rolled over a new block of buildings, he could feel himself shake and heave, almost constantly wobbling and shaking. He was too huge and swaddled in reptilian lard to hear the dismayed and horrified cries of the city anymore, leaving him with just his dulled thoughts and the sensation of expansion. He wondered how big he'd be by morning, and shuddered a little as he felt his belly roll out into the cool water of the bay.
THE END
MAYBE
Well, looks like that's one more ending that people may/may not have wanted! Dooming the world to be smothered in turtle? I can think of worse ways to go. Well, there was one more wire... You wanna see where that ending leads? If there's fifty votes for the green wire ending, I'll let you guys see it!

Considering that this sentence, As his face pressed up against the ceiling, smothered by cheeks and chins, he could feel the bulge of the Technodrome flatten out against the sheer size of his girth. I'm assuming his brothers were also flattened. On the plus side, enormous blobby Mikey. He did live life large, literally!
