I'm very emotional thinking about owning this in meatspace & I will never get over her big chunky dirty boots & cute little socks (I have those socks in real life??!) & her super gay armband like...I love this $$$

gosh her pose & expression are just great, also yeah that dirt on the boots is just a nice balance too. I saw the B&W on tumblr, do you like use water-resistant inks to shade and then watercolour over it? (& if you use markers how? hahah, all my markers dissolve all the inks I use.)

yeah i put a layer of microns down (waterproof) & paint it with an ink wash, the colors are markers and honestly its just a lot of layering colors and saturating the paper and with lighter areas i use a blender. thn i ink over it with darker pens

if you don't mind i would like to try that method (ink wash then markers). I miss playing with my inks and that's a neat way to combine them. for some reason i didn't think it would work.

Hi! I thought it had been a year since this had been done so I thought it was a good time to ask about it but I see by the date it's actually been 2. Have you lost this at this point or is it still findable and possible to mail to me? Or did you actually end up mailing it at some point and just didn't mail me to let me know? I never recieved it regardless of what happened and I just wanna know either way, I really wanted to own it irl and I periodically think about it so I figured I should probably just ask !
