Soooo, here it goes for my first piece of art. Not the first I have drawn but the most recent piece I have done. I am really out of practice, not that I was that good back when I used to draw a lot. So, this is not my character, it's one I was thinking of changing to since I had something of an identity crisis accompanying the advent of my 21st birthday six days ago. Hybrid between a fox and a meerkat. I'm not going to go with this character though. I hesitate to call it a self portrait since it's not my character but in a way it kind of is.

In another sense it's a testimony of how the love of a true mate and companion can help you be happy with what you are rather than strive to be something you are not.
