The Ford E-350 ALS box ambulances were imported used from various agencies in the USA.
The Gazelle BLS Ambulances were bought new from Russia, but operate using spare parts from many nations.
The Ford Supervisor vehicles were imported used along with the E-350 ambulances from the USA. They started out as old public works utility pickup trucks, and were rebuilt and upgraded using parts from the old Ford ambulances.
The spare units are a mix of Skoda 1203s, RAF 2203s, and old Toyota HiAce vans, sometimes using parts from all 3 makes on a single unit. These operate as needed, but are growing old, and will be replaced when newer models replace the current fleet.
All units use VHF hi-band for communications, repeated and simplex, but supervisors have access to VHF lo-band and UHF should the need arise.
