Out of my many guilty pleasures (spending too much money on stuff I don't need, procrastination, the Saw series), my favorite one is probably those movies with the hard-core, black-ops military units that are sent to investigate some secret (possibly underground) military base where some kind of biological creature has accidentally been released and is eating everybody (got to think of a shorter way to describe these). Love those kinds of things (be it movie or game), can't get enough of them (so, yeah, I actually enjoyed both Doom and the first Resident Evil movie. And Resident Evil (GC remake, specifically) is in my Top 5 favorite games).

I'm not entirely sure why I enjoy these sorts of things. I just think they're really cool. Lots of guns, plenty of one-liners, cool looking armor, and awesome looking monsters that do what I think is the best/scariest/coolest thing a monster can do: eat you.

So, here's a character design of one such military unit I've had in my head for a while. Got the vest with supplies (and that gun is a slightly modified G36), got a cool nick-name (I'm thinking Reaper... hell yeah :P), got a insignia (a slight variation of the PhiPaw. So this unit's just for us Furries :P), and got a good monster to fight. What's not to like?
