One thing: in "So Many Birthdays", when asked if she likes pie, shestates that she "loves" it; buuuuuut....
How can she love pie if she is disgusted by eating food in general?
And she iiiis uptight. Ever since episode one she like started talking and I'm just like "oh no" and my roommate walks in in the water spire episode where shes like "I just want you all to know MY plan would've worked too" and he was just like "lol look billy, its like a cartoon you".
I'm rather uptight, stubborn, overprotective and feel the need to make sure everything is planned out, hardly touch food. Skilled dancer and swordsman, light on my feet and very graceful and precise with my movements. Also easily offended. The only real difference is she is far more intelligent than me.
I also find it funny how her mood can change almost instantaneously; in "Rose's Scabbard", her "all-smiles" attitude quickly changes after showing Steven his moms armory, only tofind out he's already been there; she suddenly becomes all bewildered and tries to act all know-it-all to prevent it from showing.
I also feel like she would have a hard time being able to fuse with Steven (or better yet, Stevonnie); she has too many doubts about Steven due to his being human, but also even called Stevonnie being a fusion impossible and "inappropriate"
Id love to see how you would draw Amethyst; she's the one I relate to the most, particularly her backstory. But given that Amethyst's and Pearl's natures are so opposite, it makes you wonder the odds at which they can creat Opal; it seems they would need a very strong incentive to do so (such as saving Steven or stopping Peridot's hand ship).
and I dont know, maybe its an opposites attract kinda thing. I mean ruby and sapphire seemed opposite enough. Jasper and Lapis may have been so distorted because Jasper did not believe in fusion as a method of fighting.
