For the first time in my life I went to get a work related injury dealt with, I'm ok, just rather sore, no broken bones thankfully.
The above shots are from the boredom that sinks in when you're at the company chosen care centre from about 12:30pm to 6pm (18:00)
The safety film 'Down and Out' goes over ladder safety and I've seen it more than a few times.
It is slightly amusing to watch it now, with a badly sprained left foot and left shoulder due to a fall from a ladder. The doctors actually made more of a fuss over my blood pressure.
