LOL. Im sure almost everyone with a comp chair has had this happen... Now, I actually had the mount point snap once and toss me back to the floor, my feet catching under the comp desk. The metal plate peeled like a sardine can, so it was still attached, now im kind of in a space launch attitude, and trying to get unhooked means im pivoting left and right trying not to knock everything on, or even the table itself, over or off... Fun times, and damn cheap ass chinese pot metal comp chairs.

Even if it's locked, some models have a bit of a gap so that it'll still tilt back a bit

housemate had this trouble so I drilled a hole in the rod and used a paper clip as a pin to stop it popping out :P
