In this instance, Star is working in a military position. Getting seen in such a get up could possibly cost the kitten her job, as well as being outed to everyone. So, while you are in a position to show off, good for you. Not everyone is as lucky.
As for myself, I can't say certain things about myself, because people like me have been known to be beaten or worse for things that aren't even fetishes, which means having them makes me even more of a target for people to go after.
On top of being Trans, I also have some kinks and fetishes that would only serve to fuel the transphobia that people have.
On a side note, to your comment about work... You can get fired just for tattoos, much less fetishes. People want the public to think of their workers as something to look up to, and professional. Anything that is out of the norm is justification to be fired.

Well then i guess she is too young to feed herself or even have solid food bottle time for Star *giggle*, she is too young to use the potty, ooooh that look when she makes her paddin all soggy will be totally priceless cute and I am sure she is too young to sleep in a big kitties bed, she will need to sleep in a nice and safe crib, a place a little kitten such as her will not fall off of bed and hurt her wittle heads *squeal and giggles so very much*
