so here have a nice comic panel like picture of Incendramon (in a bit of a younger state) doing his daily training. Having physical strength is crucial, but also keeping his mind sharp and also his endurance. It's not easy holding both power over light and darkness in balance, so you have to keep training to master them well.
Later on in his life he trains with his greaves, boots, helmet and gauntlets on to get better used to the weight of them and to make them feel more like a part of his body then mere armor.
