Furnal Equinox 2015 - Day 1
Something funny I noticed as I was touching up the photo: it seems there's a human trapped inside Luneia (a.k.a.
)!
What surprises me the most is that Buzzy (a.k.a.
) looks like he's aware of what's going on, yet he continues to smile for the camera. Don't ignore the elephant in the room! Or, in this case, don't ignore the human head in the penguin beak!
Once again, I have taken a break from practicing any artwork to post the best-of-the-best photos of my experiences from this year's

LOLOL OMG I totally cracked up on this one!!! XP That is Bizzy's one drawback... Her open beak is GREAT for ventilation but catch her at the right angle and you see the human inside... LOL!!! Don't worry, I'm not upset in the least about this -- I find it hilarious! We penguins have a great sense of humor!
BTW, her name is Bizzy just for future reference! I was also wearing a video game themed badge I'd had made of my fursona, Luneia, beneath the badge I'd made for Bizzy; I knew it may have caused confusion but I'd paid good money for it and I was going to use it at least once at an appropriately themed con LOL! No worries though! We loved meeting you and Pikachu! ^_^

That's the reaction I was hoping for! I'm so happy that this photo/caption made you laugh. And I, too, love penguins and their wonderful sense of humor! And it's okay. Ventilation and health comes first before anything else, and I encourage that for just about any fursuiter. I merely just saw this while looking through the photos, and I just wanted to be cheeky. lol

I totally LOL'd at the linked image too, hahaha!!! I love your sense of humor! I've considered maybe trying to tack on some black mesh to cover the mouth so this couldn't happen but 1) it might lesson the ventilation and 2) I wouldn't be able to drink... Penguin's gotta drink! LOL! So yeah, Bizzy's gotta stay a human-eater, LOL!

She suits as a penguin so Bizzy is her 'sona (no matter how many posts she's made about this 'Luneia' dragon or how many times she calls it her fursona; we're just going to deny ever seeing any of that...)" LOL! XP I've gotten used to it though; I mean Bizzy is the face most people see so it's how they're going to know me! I'm just really happy to meet someone who dug a bit deeper without having to be told to do it, LOL! XP I'm actually going to have a suit made of Luneia soon too, so hopefully you'll be able to meet my fluffy dragon 'sona at some point too and connect the name with the face!

Glad you got a laugh out of that photo, too. And thanks for the compliment. lol Understandable as far as the black mesh scenario. Again, penguin's gotta drink, and a fursuiter's health and safety comes first.
I know, right? Not many pay attention profiles on FA at all. I even tell people on my profile to either be more personal and/or creative with their "thanks" for watches/faves or save the thanks altogether as they, too, become static to read (especially for every submission of theirs I fave, lol). Of course, for the multiple-times thankers, sometimes instead of going after them and telling them not to thank me after the initial first time, I just wait it out and then laugh when they get flustered after finally reading my profile and saying "oh, wow, I just noticed that I shouldn't be thanking you! Sorry! ;^v^" But I still reassure them that it's all good anyway. lol
So, yeah, I understand as far as the profile thing. Also nice to know that there will soon be a Luneia suit, too. And I just hope to get the name right the first time then as well! XP

Yeah, I used to thank the people who watched and favorited my stuff too because I felt like it was a courtesy to show my appreciation for their attention but after a while I just can't keep up with them all and I don't want to be just yet another nuisance on someone's page LOL. XP (At least I only thanked the first time, never multiple times though, LOL!)

I know the feeling. lol I actually still do thank people but only for watches; faves are much too hard to keep up with for thanking. And even I go to thank for watches, I try to add a bit of feeling and creativity into the messages; I try to make them more conversational unlike the static "thanks" or "thanks for the watch" which - while meaningful to a degree - does get stale over time. So I normally add in stuff like why I'm watching them or how cool their fursona/artwork looks, whether they're friends I've already met or new furries I'm meeting for the first time on FA. :3
