As far as I know this could be non-feral too and it wouldn't look different.

everyone has his/her tastes... :D but i think there exist different grades from anthro to feral, i guess this is feral, maybe not full, but sure 90-95%

Stop calculating, will you ? All I have is three types, feral, non-feral and anthro. Nothing beside it. And the difference between feral and non-feral is only that ferals can talk and such. Anthros are those {[60%],[40%]} and they look every time the same. Only wings are optional. That applies to all three groups. I'm not that much of a dragon lover to mess my head with theories.
