Yes she is a design i made with minor changes (allowed in my tos)
And she is trying to sell her ( against my tos) And not crediting me

When this is settled i will likly be putting the adopt back up for sale

Just going to say that maybe they didn't see your TOS, you put no link to it in this post and only tiny words on your main page.... If you hadn't mentioned a TOS I wouldn't have found it to be sure.

every time i give someone my paypal i say " remember to read my tos!" thats why some comments say " read! and sent!" but i have to hid my email because i have been getting very uncomfortable spam sent to me when i leave it up

be easier for you if you just posted the TOS link in the desciption. that way if they don't see it, its on them. but also try and give people the benifit of the doubt that they didn't see the TOS. I assume you're in contact with the person, and I'm sure you were civil? its an easy resolve communication is key.

thats good to hear that you worked it out. however if breaking ToS is something that bugs you, you're preaking the ToS of the original artist.
