This is an attempt at a constructive critique (which I'm not too good at). It seems to me that the perspective of the glasses doesn't really match the perspective of the counter. When viewed in full screen the counter looks fine, but the glasses appear to have their bases (and the liquid level) on a much more level surface. It could just be that I'm seeing it as a weird visual illusion.
That aside, I quite like this image. I'd hope that the hugger is aware that the tray may be hot, or there'll be more going on than just cookies landing on the floor. The way the far edge of the tray looks as if it's touching his finger, I know I'd be hopping around dancing the 'I've just hurt myself' quick-step.
Note to self: make some cookies! I've not done it in a long while.
