A bird of paradise clouded leopard griffon.
Unfortunately, and I will probably say this more and more...the scanner completely raped this picture beyond all recognition. The line over the top of the head, the details in the display feathers, everything. All crap. White space where there should be yellow.
As soon as I have money aside from rent again, I'm going to save up for a new scanner. 'Cause one that's 8-9 years old is not quite cutting it any more.

What I casn see of it I like very much.
Some scanners alow you ta adjust how they will scan contrast, croma, and bright. If you could scan at liwer contrast you would loose les detail. Next try less brightness. If either of those leave it too dark under the wing use photo shop, dodge to lighten that. Aproximations and a pain in the tail I know but they cost nothing if your scanner will let you do them.
