This guy was an old roleplay character of mine that I'm still rather fond of. He's a German Shepherd mutt of some sort, and the bloodthirsty leader of a gang of stray dogs living in New York. Always fighting with other gangs for territory, his lust for power compliments a charismatic and dynamic leading style. He's good at making his followers pumped to go rip out some throats.
I decided to draw him because I was thinking about all the different suits I'd commission if I had a bunch of money lying around - good old Rocky'd totally be one of them.

Wow, very nice. You can see his lust for power both in his eyes and toothy grin. Also, judging by his coloration, he looks like he'd also be part Australian Sheepdog, my guess anyway. X3 You can also tell he's got a thing for fights with the nice battle torn ears, nice touch :D Must fav!!
For some reason, he almost reminds me of Charlie from All Dogs Go to Heaven, only a more sinister and darker Charlie o.o; Sorry, hope you don't mind the movie ref! ^^;

Heehee, I'm sure that movie snuck in there somewhere. It's always influenced my love of rough-and-tumble Alastian type dogs. As for the markings, I actually picked those up from a picture of a German Shepherd I found ages and ages ago. I liked how unique they were for a GSD. But since the character is a mutt, it's quite likely he's got a little bit of everything in his ancestry. :) Thanks for the comment!
