My only payment option is "hide cash in an envelope addressed to the recipient, hope nobody finds and steals it along the way, trust the artist not to just lie about receiving it". So far it's worked for me every time but I hear horror stories.
I don't have PayPal because every time I think about joining, I look at their user agreement and can't read the whole thing to decide whether or not I agree.
