Ahh yeah that, it was fine in flash, but my flash program is super stupid about converting to gif so I had to copy every frame by hand and paste into GIMP just to get the animation to work, and it was hard to put him in the exact same spot >> I think next time I'll make a line on the top layer to line him up to... *shakes fist* darn you Flash
