I usually do them in order of Atlas, but to do them from easiest to hardest to 100% sounds like a smart idea~

I've never used a PS4 controller myself -I only own a PS2- but man playing the game with a controller instead of just using the keyboard is aWESOME IT's LIKE JUSt THe true game experience~
