Hahah, just brown poster paper dear. Got a whole sketchbook full of it!
Personally, I'm not too fond of abs like that. I like a nice smooth belly. Having really cut abs like that means little to no bodyfat whatsoever, which has been proven recently to be an unhealthy lifestyle. Both men and women have gotta have some meat on them! :P
