Suzanne Fielding is the CEO of the American Reclamation Corporation (ARC), a company that essentially governs the United States of America and the United Mexican States. The company offers an extensive list of services to it's people within and outside borders including investments into other nation states.
ARC originally started up as a organisation in the USA against the British Commonwealth becoming more powerful and beginning to introduce many Caribbean islands into it's union. Canada was also forced to choose sides between ARC and the Commonwealth, in which most of Canada remained part of the Commonwealth.
This artwork belongs to myself as does the comic.
