I think I can name most of the shows but I can't name the characters.
1. Road Rovers (Blitz?)
2. Tom and Jerry (it's the newer reboot he was in a beach fight ep with spike)
3. Thundercats (the new reboot, can't recall the name but he has history with Panthro)
4. I got nothing on this one :(
5. Heathcliff (it was the obligatory muscle guy takes girl type ep)
6. Disney's Tailspin (can't recall eps or name)
7. Kung fu panda (Tai lung)
8. Again Not a clue
