"Tis' not often that you see a dragon out of his cave, let alone one putting on a display like that"
A wee birthday gift for my mom. It is a dragon that is juggling a few colored orbs. Stands about 10 inches tall ground to nose tip (a little over 12 inches tall with the wire juggling line). This guy was finished durring the FA outage. I'm just finally getting around to putting him up.
Tried a few things different with him compared to the others, like adding lower eye lids, a more pointed nose/mouth, added some clay to his horns to make them look like they are growing out instead of just placed on the surface, and used 14 Gauge wire on the lower half of the armature compared to the usual 18 or 20 gauge. Most of that stuff will continue to be used with later sculptures.
If anyone would like more pictures, just drop me a message.

Well, as soon as I redraw that ref image I mentioned before (found the original, but it, along with most of the notebook it was in, is unsalvageable due to cat urine) would you still be up for that trade? Some of the techniques I tried out on this guy might really help bring a character of yours to clay life (namely using the thicker wire).
