Name: Ulysses (Also goes by the nickname 'Greenie')

Age: 22

Height: 5'9

Back story: He was born and raised in the middle of a huge World War. His father was a sargent in the US military, and his mother a scientist. Being the only male sibling with three older sisters, he was always seen and treated as the baby of the family. As his parents were almost always gone, his sisters were left to care for him. As he got a bit older, he began to have interest in his mother's line of work. She was into genetic engineering, creating creatures that were used as war monsters to help with the army. Ulysses picked up on some of the things she had done, as she'd let him cone to work with her sometimes, and created a creature of his own named Axel when he was around the age of 15 (a ref will be drawn of Axel later). Upon his work, his mother was proud and talked to the head engineers to make him part of the team. He started around the age of 16, as the war was starting to get worse. Atomic bombs were starting to be dropped, and biological warfare began. There were diseases, such as an advanced version of ebola, that began to kill as quick as it spread. There was another virus, that was a zombie-like one. It would slowly take control of the host, but however, the host would remain concious and unable to control their body until their brain completely died to leave the virus in control. So all they could do is watch as they kill their loved ones. To infect others would require just simply breathing the same air as them, but bites worked too. As soon as the epidemic started, the team had to work fast on not only making monsters, but finding a cure to this. Unfortuately, it killed off many people, including his mother and most of the team itself. By the time Ulysess was 18, most of America had been killed off, along with his sisters, his mother, and his father. He was the only one left on the team, living in a wasteland of what was left over from the bombs and what-not. The cure had not yet been discovered, but those taken completely by the virus wandered around and tried to kill its victims. He worked quickly to find the cure for himself and those remaining, and had a trial version of it not yet tested on anyone. However, he had come into contact with the virus, not yet knowing this. But as it began to take its toll on him, he rushed to the lab. His skin was turning green at an alarming rate as he lost a bit of control. About to die, he injected the trial vaccene into his arm, hoping it would work. It did, however, he's left with a permanent green tint to his skin, vital organs (minus his brain, lungs, and heart) no longer working, his eyes a yellow color. On the bright side, however, he doesn't need to eat, but does need to breathe. Now he just wanders around with Axel, and takes in a few people that he sees to help them.

Bio: He happens to be very light hearted, yet silly. He looks for the best in bad situations, and wanders around looking for survivors to help out. He has a mask with goggles to cover his face up when near highly polluted/radiated areas. He carries a rifle to kill anything that tries to attack, and loves to smoke cigars since he picked it up around the age of 19. He drinks any alcohol as soon as he finds it when he goes through items left around, or puts it in his flask for later. He has many bad habits that he can't get rid of. Axel follows him everywhere as Ulysses is his creator, and treats him as a pet.
