HA!! I get that refference :p
and now to spoil it for everyone who doesn't see it:
Python in the Sink~
Python is a scripting language like C++ or Lua or Java (I think xp).
And the Sink is reffering to Sink (computing). Granted I had to look up what Sink ment, but I knew it was a computer thing, mostly because I was poking around Lua for a while, but gave up due to me realizing that I'm just not the programing kinda person!
If you want to look up Sink for yourself, here's the wiki page:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sink_%28computing%29
EDIT: XD Also, the recipie on the fridge is a "Hello World Recipe!" Oh you silly Patch and your hidden jokes and computer lingo~~
I'm sure that there are other "easter eggs" hidden in this picture, but that's up for you all to find and spoil the fun for others~

As has already been noted, the snake probably represents the Python programming language. The rubies obviously represent the Ruby programming language. The onions represent Perl, the duct tape which holds the internet together. The object which is holding up the "Hello World" paper is Duke, the Java mascot. That "Hello World recipe" appears to be rather long; it must be written for Win32. :P
The red container with the large spoon and stuff looks vaguely like the logo for the Red programming language. After some searching on the internet, I think the blue elephant represents PostgreSQL. The cardinal might represent the Ruby compiler for the Parrot virtual machine; I have no personal experience with Parrot, so I do not know.
I have no idea why there is a baby octopus in a small cup of muddy water. I am not sure whether the tiles on the floor or the wall make a significant pattern. I do not know whether the yellow sticky notes on the upper cabinets represent anything significant.
"The onions are part of my evil scheme!" I am not sure what that means. Maybe Patch will cut the onion into curved shapes that look like parentheses, which represent Lisp, and Scheme is a Lisp language.
And of course, Patch is really cute. :)
