Snare's water element, brought on by stepping over bodies of water, taking in a large amount of water or being hit with a powerful water attack. Boasts powerful water magic, aqua jet tentacles on the back of his head, and four more on his back that is more dense and mixed with his natural slimy body and can consume prey from behind him.
This pic in particular was brought on by a RP where Snare was forcefed a ton of water after accidently breaking a faucet. So, he's only full of water, not exactly a victim of any sort.
