It all started off with her mugging a guy, Bubble gave chase, she started flirting with him the entire time, and well, he got the wallet and the money back, but then when she said she wanted to take him out and get drinks, the poor frog was so confused he crashed

And since she didn't actually harm anyone and just doing random small crimes, and Bubble is confused at this point, it just devolved into her intentionally doing minor crimes, him awkwardly trying to keep her from doing them before someone sees her doing it, and she's just using that as leverage to do things like let her snuggle him and force him to go on a date with her
