My first designs of Angel, as crude as they were, are still a very big muse for me today. So I did this pic as a dedication of fanfics and designs past. Also, I realized I rarely ever drew Angel with her wings. They're so damn difficult to color.
The sword is rarely used in the current arc of fanfics featuring Angel, but as a fun fact, it's made of solid diamond. Yep, if she hocked that baby... Wow....
Very pleased with the outcome. Tomorrow will be Firebird. Already sketched. :heart:

There is a campaign being organized to see SWAT Kats revived for the new generation; Christian Tremblay, one of the co-creators of the original cartoon, has expressed interest in seeing this done.
