Those are links to where you can buy these 5 kits seperately. They really are 5 seperate models! Wing Ver.Ka and Wing EW are just technically identical. But they do have a few differences.

Wing Ver.Ka was released in March 2004. Wing EW was released in March 2011.
Wing EW is essentially Wing Ver.Ka with the TV version colors. They are brighter and the white armor is actually white instead of off-white.
The two models that I linked to are unpainted.

That is true, I think so too. I just wanted to point out that there are technically five of them but since two of them are essentially the same it doesn't matter too much.

I was disappointed with the size of the Gundam Wing kits. My Tallgeese only reaches up to the chest of my Geara Doga. At least I can keep the Tallgeese on my desk but still...

Well, yeah. They ARE scale models. The early Universal Century machines are about 18 meters tall, up until Gundam Unicorn they got taller, up to about 24 meters. And the Victory Gundam at the very end of the Universal Century is only about 15 meters tall.
The machines from the Wing universe are about 16 meters tall. So since these are all 1/100 scale the models from the UC timeline are often much taller.

true but the key word to that would be They don't have them Yet
So it's only a matter of time before we have a MG version of the Wing Gundam Fenice and Fenice Renascita. And besides we already have the MG versions of the Build Strike Gundam Full Package/Star Universal Booster and the Shengoku Astray Gundam

Oh and I now have the RG strike freedom (I still need to apply the decals then I'll be done with it)as well as the HGBF Fenice Renascita
